Chalet Jouet is a beautiful property in the heart of Morzine. It's just moments from the slopes of both the Pleney and the Super Morzine and has a stunning garden with panoramic views of the Portes du Soleil and the Avoriaz Valley.

It has 4 en-suite bedrooms located over 2 floors and a large open plan kitchen, dining and living room with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. The chalet benefits from a cosy wood burner in the living area and balconies in both the living space and one bedroom plus a Juliet balcony in the master bedroom. There is also a sauna and wet room on the ground floor. Luxury bed linen and towels are provided for all guests.

Master Bedroom 1
Located on the second floor, the master bedroom is a large room with a sunny Juliet balcony and uninterrupted views towards Avoriaz. There are two single beds, one with a guest bed, which can be made up on request. There is a luxury en-suite bathroom with bath and shower over.

Family Bedroom 2
Located on the first floor, this is another spacious bedroom with access onto a Juliet balcony with stunning views. This room also has two singles, plus a guest bed that can be made up on request. This room has an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower over.

Twin Bedroom 3
This bedroom is a lovely twin with its own balcony and an en-suite shower room.

Mezzanine Bedroom 4
Discover real Alpine character in this small but perfectly formed bedroom! This room has a double bed with steep stairs up to a mezzanine area with a single bed. There is also an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower over.

Open Plan Living/ Dining Area
The living area is located on the first floor with large glass sliding doors leading onto a balcony which enables guests to enjoy stunning, uninterrupted mountain views. With so much glass the chalet has lots of natural day light and has a real sense of spaciousness. The living area comfortably seats 8, and can squeeze in more if needs be. There is an enclosed log burner in the corner and wood is provided. The dining area is between the kitchen and living area and the table seats up to 10 people comfortably. The kitchen is stylish and practical with a 4 ring electric hob, electric oven, dishwasher & large larder fridge freezer. It is well stocked with all the crockery and cooking equipment you might need.

Ski/ bike Storage, Sauna & Wet Room
The entrance area to the chalet is on the ground floor. There is bespoke storage for skis, boots, boards and ski jackets, and the room has under floor heating to ensure they dry out overnight. There is also a toilet and wash hand basin and a washing machine and tumble dryer. After a great day on the hill soothe those aching muscles in the sauna. There is a connecting wet room.

There is a secure garage for bikes and also parking available for one car.

Location

The chalet is right in the centre of Morzine, 200 metres from the Tourist Office & therefore, within easy reach of a great choice of bars, shops and restaurants. It's only a 5 minute walk to either Pleney or Super-Morzine telecabine. The free ski bus stops within 100m of the chalet should you wish to use it.
