  • Chalet Maisonnée A is a luxurious traditional Savoyard ski chalet in Courchevel 1850. With 6 bedrooms, 5 en-suite and one with an adjoining shower room this delightful chalet can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. Two bedrooms have their own private balconies where guests can admire the beautiful views of the mountains across the valley. The chalet is conveniently positioned in a ski in/ski out location just above Courchevel 1850, perfect for enthusiastic skiers and snowboarders.The spacious, open plan living and dinning area offers plenty of space for guests to relax either lounging on the cosy sofas in front of the roaring fireplace or enjoying delicious meals served with sommelier selected wines. The chalet also offers a range of facilities to ensure guests have everything they need for a perfect stay including a private hammam, large sun terrace and entertainment system including apple TV, iPad, WiFi satellite TV and DVD player. Kaluma chalet staff will be on hand throughout your stay to serve delicious, expertly prepared meals, offer in-resort services and ensure you have a luxurious holiday.Maisonnée A is also ideal for large groups as it occupies the top two floors of the chalet building with Maisonnée B on the ground floor, accommodating groups of up to 22.

  • Maisonnée A is situated on the Chenus piste above Courchevel 1850 in an ideal ski in/ski out location. The nearby Chenus bubble lift will whisk you up to the Chenus peak at 2243m opening up the whole of the Courchevel valley with its 150km of piste and the interconnected Les Trois Valley with a further 450km of piste to explore.
    The chalet is a 10 minute walk to the centre of Courchevel 1850, the Three valleys premier resort, which has an abundance of prestige restaurants offering fine dining and the highest concentration of Michelin starred restaurants in the world. There is also a range of boutiques and shops as well as trendy bars, some with live music.

    Local Area

    Courchevel 1850 is one of the French Alps premier ski resorts, often visited by celebrities and royalty, it has a range of designer boutiques and Micheline starred restaurants. The ski area in Courchevel valley benefits from a modern chair lift system and a range of pistes from green to black to satisfy skiers and boarders of all abilities. The valley is part of Les Trois Vallees along with La Tania, Meribel, Les Menuires, St Martin de Belleville, Val Thorens and Orelle and has a vast 600km of downhilll piste and 120km of cross country skiing trails.
    Powder seekers can explore the 1000m of powder fields in Les Avals valley and the more experienced can take on the Saulire couloirs.
    Courcehevel 1850 is also well located for easy access to the surrounding resorts and villages each with their own personality and charm which are ideal for day trips out.

    We pride ourselves on offering full flexibility to our clients - so if you would like us to arrange your transfer we can do, if you would prefer to make your own arrangements that is OK too. Our weekly changeover day is a Sunday, but having the ability to offer arrivals and departures on any day of the week to suit your requirements means we can offer a transfer at any time on any day.

    From Geneva = 2 hours
    From Lyon = 2 hours
    From Chambery = 1 hour 15 minutes

    Our drivers will meet you in the arrivals hall of your preferred airport to transport you to the door of your chalet. We can provide infant and child seats where required and drinks and snacks on request.

    We can also arrange heli-transfers from Geneva. The journey time is 30 minutes. Flights only operate in daylight hours and are weather dependent. Please do ask for more details.
