Food & Wine:
At Alpine infusion, we take great pride in the quality of our food and wine and understand that it is a key element to the enjoyment of your ski holiday. That is why we place so much emphasis on hand picking professional chefs who are experienced, talented and passionate about food. Many of our chefs return to work with us year after year and are constantly bringing delicious, fresh menu ideas to the table.
We aim to provide you with some of the best dining experiences in a relaxed and homely atmosphere where nothing is too much trouble for our friendly and experienced team.
We take our wines seriously too, to the extent that we work with an experienced local sommelier to select a range of fine French wines that are compatible with our chef’s menus sampling a different red and white wine each evening with dinner. We believe that great food deserves great wine and that is why we don’t compromise on the quality of wines we offer you.
Children are some of our most important guests and we take great care in providing fun and nutritious meals for them too. In our experience children’s mealtimes should be fun and interactive and our chefs will create bespoke menus for them too. For those children lucky enough to have a birthday whist staying with us then birthday cakes and tea parties can be arranged.
Flexibility is the key and we cater for everyone. We will email you your chefs proposed menu plans in advance of your holiday, so that you can peruse it at your leisure. Our chefs are very happy to discuss the finer details of their menus and any particular dietary requirements that you may have.
The Alpine Infusion team have over 20 seasons of experience under their belts and are your gateway to the finest skiing and dining in the Three Valleys. Our managers play a vital role in ensuring that your holiday lives up to the highest standards. They will deliver your lift passes, visit you at your chalet every evening as well as make restaurant, massage and apres-ski bookings.
Those staying in our catered chalets will be provided with breakfast, afternoon tea, and pre-dinner canapés each day, and professional chefs are on hand to create sumptuous four course dinners six days a week. Our chefs are all professionally-trained and able to adapt to any special dietary requirements including those of children.
Our hostesses are there to make your stay as comfortable as possible, while your dedicated driver is on hand throughout the morning and then again from 4pm until early evening with our pool drivers providing driving support and cover during the middle of the day.
The complimentary in-resort transportation service in the Méribel and Courchevel valleys give you freedom to enjoy everything the resort has to offer, and is a particularly important requirement for families with children either in ski school or being looked after by one of our nannies. Furthermore, we also offer private airport transfers before and after your stay.
Our chalet manager or hostess can also arrange ski lessons, heli skiing, childcare, beauty treatments and will be on hand to answer any enquiries or queries you have throughout your stay. It’s these little touches that will make all the difference to your holiday.

Alpine Infusion has its own portfolio of private ski instructors who are available to book in advance, and Meribel and Courchevel have a wide selection of ski schools for skiers and snowboarders of every level and all age groups. We strongly recommend that you book lessons in advance of your holiday as they are very popular and often have few remaining places available on arrival in resort. This is particularly essential over the school and peak holiday periods.
