Situated in Morzine-Avoriaz, France’s premier ski and summer resort, our 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom light and spacious ski-in-ski-out chalet apartment is set across three floors with 120 square metres of living space, a large south-facing balcony, a ski store and garage. It offers luxury accommodation for 8 guests (11 with double sofabed & Z-bed). Lots of space for a family or perfect for two families sharing.

The south-facing wall of the substantial living and dining area is constructed of glass with patio doors opening on to a large balcony and offering stunning views of the tree-lined slopes.

The Nyon Cable Car is only 40 metres from the front door and guests can ski to within 30 metres. The centre of Morzine is a 15 minute walk or, alternatively, there is a free bus service which leaves from right outside the apartment.

We have furnished the apartment to a very high standard, more as a home than a rental property. We have set out to make it luxurious yet family friendly. It's available to rent for both the winter and summer seasons.


Morzine is a lively year-round resort . The largest town of all the “Portes du Soleil” resorts, it is located in the center of the 400-mile ski circuit and is linked by 204 lifts. One lift pass does it all! An immense range of cross country ski circuits is available with numerous marked trails. The town has a traditional village centre with some charming shops, and is cut through by a river, adding to the rustic atmosphere. Après-ski is exciting, with many lively bars, discos and restaurants to choose from.

Bedroom 4, with solid wood bunkbeds and superior mattresses, is ideal for children or adults and is opposite its own toilet with basin.

Additional sleeping accommodation is provided by a comfortable double sofa-bed in the lounge area.

Linen, towels and changeover included in the price.

Garage, Ski store.

Weeks run Saturday to Saturday. Ask us about short breaks or weekends.
