La Ferme de Florent is a lovely 18th century French farmhouse which has been completely renovated and newly furnished by us (Keith and Catherine Dowson) to provide comfortable accommodation for large groups. Set next to the slopes, and in the village of Chinaillon, we are perfectly situated whether you want to ski, walk, shop or go into the village for a meal or drink.
The Chalet has 3 double or triple rooms, 1 double and a family suite with a double bed and bunk beds in an adjoining room. All bedrooms are very comfortable and en-suite. There is also a games room, sauna and TV room.
A large lounge and dining area with the original open fireplace, is on the top floor with wonderful mountain views.
A large kitchen with double hob and microwave is there for family meals and there are plenty of lovely restaurants and bars in the village when you want a night out. We are happy to arrange airport pick ups, ski lessons and excursions to save you time when you arrive.
In summer the Tour de France often comes through the village as we are on the col de la Colombier. There is biking, walking, climbing, tree walks, swimming and the fresh mountain air for simply relaxing in.
With truly stunning scenery, friendly locals and the mountains on your doorstep you couldn't choose a better place for your winter, or summer, holiday.
