Les Crosets is located in the Valais region at 1,668m – one of the highest resorts on the Swiss side of the vast Portes du Soleil ski area.

Skiing

Getting to the piste from Les Crosets is easy as it is connected to the rest of the resort by several chairlifts. And once you’re up there there’s not only the local Swiss skiing area – 100km of piste served by 34 lifts – but the entire Portes du Soleil, where you’ll struggle to get bored!

Alternatively, you can benefit from the choice of wide open pistes around the resort. For the more experienced skier, from Les Crosets you can also get across to the Swiss Wall.  This famed slope is the eastern slope of the Pas de Chavanette, which stands at about 50 degrees and can boast moguls up to 2m high.

Overall, Les Crosets offers beautiful views and well maintained slopes that cater for all levels of skiers.

In Les Crosets itself, the village boasts a number of restaurants and and terraces overlooking the slopes – if you’re after bustling nightlife, there are plenty of resorts in the Portes du Soleil that can accommodate that! As well as Champery just down the mountain, nearby resorts include Avoriaz and Chatel on the French side

Les Crosets is located an hour and a half from Geneva, so not too long to wait until you’re on the slopes!
