The Serac is ideal for 2 families booking sole occupancy, or 4 or 5 couples on a group holiday. The chalet is currently being upgraded to 4* standard for winter 09-10; it will have a modern open-plan look with all new bathrooms, kitchen, underfloor heating, doors, windows and internal wood. One bedroom is substantially enlarged and there is a good ratio of bathrooms to bedrooms.
We offer the Serac in winter and summer as a self-catered chalet, on sole occupancy.

LOCATION

The chalet is situated in the centre of Morzine, 150m from the SuperMorzine telecabine, and 50m from the Palais des Sports (where the ice rink, jacuzzi, sauna and gym are situated). The Olympic sized summer swimming pool complex is only 100m away, and the tennis club is right opposie the chalet. It takes 2 minutes to walk to the public elevator at SuperMorzine, and a further 5 minutes to get to the Pleney slopes or the town centre. Several bars and restaurants are within a 5 minute walk.

FACILITIES

The chalet has 5 bedrooms and three bathrooms. On the ground floor, we have a garage, ski storage area and heated drying cupboard, a WC and ensuite double bedroom with bath and WC. The main floor has the master double bedroom, a bathroom with WC, shower room with WC, and large open-plan lounge / dinign area and state-of-the-art kitchen. On the top floor there are two twin bedrooms each with handbasin, and a triple room with 3 single beds and large Velux skylight.

HOUSE RULES - No Smoking inside the Chalet (ashtrays provided on the balcony). Dogs permitted only if booking the whole chalet.
