This brand new spacious penthouse duplex apartment sleeps up to 10 people and is located right by the piste and lift station. It is circa 120m2 in surface area with a large living space, five bedrooms (two doubles, two twin/doubles and a bunk bedroom). There is a fireplace and a well equipped kitchen along with two bathrooms and a separate WC.

There are wonderful views over the valley to the front and up the mountain to the rear. Close to this top floor apartment is the most popular apres ski bar in the resort (although not so close to be noisy!)

On the lower floor are the kitchen, lounge, bathroom and WC together with three bedrooms. On the top floor there are two bedrooms built into the eaves, a bathroom and a mezzanine media space/chill out area. The top floor is built in the eaves of the property and there are massive pine roof timbers exposed to view.

Described by Where to Ski and Snowboard as “Europe’s best-kept secret” and an “undiscovered gem” The Val d’Annivers consist of five charming villages with high, snow secure slopes together with spectacular scenery all within easy reach of Geneva.

The area is famous for its unspoilt villages; excellent and extensive off-piste skiing; its reliable snow cover and its uncrowded slopes suited to all levels of skiers. The skiing in the area is superb a modern lift system offering over 220km of pistes and snow secure slopes ranging in height from 1340 to 3000m. The area is suitable for all levels of skiers with off-piste heaven in the resorts of Zinal and Grimentz together with slopes in all five villages most suited to beginners and intermediates. As Where to Ski and Snowboard says “our advice is to get there fast before it has time to catch up with the 21st century !
