Top luxury chalet with private wellness suite overlooking the slopes in the picture postcard resort of Maria Alm. Sleeps up to 19 guests - all rooms with private facilities and balcony. Truly great value for money!

Leading from the imposing entrance hall is the aptly named “Great Room”. This south facing living room has full width picture windows which overlook the slopes and opens out onto a paved terrace. There is a formal dining area and adjacent comfortable seating area with an open fire and dividing wall concealing a wide screen satellite TV. The corner bar is a convenient focal point for our 'Winter Garden room' - a separate area, with marbled tiled floor.

Location

The Hochkönig ski circuit offers 33 lifts and 150 kilometres of 4 interlinking tree lined trails between Maria Alm, Hintermoos, Hinterthal, Dienten and Mühlbach. The village slopes are within 300m of the chalet and are served by a high speed gondola to Natrun. The adjoining skiing area is at Aberg offering extensive slopes for all grades and also marks the starting point of the Königstour covering a 32km round trip.

Facilities

The Chalet Panorama offers seven luxury bedroom suites all with balconies overlooking the piste. Each has been tastefully decorated to a high standard. All bedrooms have well appointed bathrooms, TV and internet.

Suite 3: Superior Double. Suite 4: Austrian Double.
Suite 5: Superior Double. Suite 6: Superior Twin.
Suite 7: Owners Penthouse Suite. Double bedroom and living room with pull down double bed.

The chalet’s private "Wellness Suite" - Chloe's Spa includes a steam room, sauna, hot and cold foot bath and relaxation room.

Ski storage room with heated boot racks.

SUMMER PRICES (Jun-Aug) are based on Sole Occupancy, Self Catered chalet rental for up to 19 guests in 8 bedrooms.

WINTER PRICES are per person based on Fully Catered and serviced chalet with full buffet style breakfast, afternoon tea and 3 course evening meal with wine and coffee to follow. Chalet can be rented on Sole Occupancy or per room basis.
