Jungwald is a new apartment located in an enviable position at the top of Saas Fee. On three floors, the apartment is spacious (140 m2), and airy and offers fabulous views across the village to the Mittaghorn peak. It is located 150m from the nursery slopes and the Leeboden drag-lift.

The apartment is on three levels. On the middle level there is a spacious living/dining room and kitchen. The living room offers comfortable seating, cable TV/DVD, CD/radio with mp3 connection and Wifi broadband. The dining table seats eight. The kitchen is fully equipped to a very high standard.

LOCATION

Saas Fee is a delightful village perched high in the Valais region of the Alps at 1800m. It is just 20 km from the Simplon Pass and Italy and by car it is approximately 2.5 hours from Geneva (224 km) or Milan (200 km). Alternatively there is a regular bus service from Visp railway station (26 km) with direct rail connections to Geneva, Zurich and Basel and the European network.

Haus Jungwald is to be found in a quiet location at the top of the village. It is only 150 m from the nursery slopes and a 400 m (10 mins) walk from the centre of the village. The nearest restaurant is a short 50 m walk.

The resort of Zermatt is approximately 45 mins away by car.

FACILITIES

Known as �the pearl of the Alps� Saas Fee has an enviable snow record and offers a long winter ski season and summer skiing on its glacier. In the summer the valley offers tremendous walking opportunities from gentle strolls to tough snow and ice treks. There are more 4000 m peaks around Saas Fee than in any other valley in the Alps. The village is car free and offers a variety of shopping and eating from its attractive cobbled streets. Apres-ski and nightlife are relaxed, friendly and varied and cater for all generations.

HOUSE RULES - Strictly no smoking or pets. Young families are welcome but there are no provisions for babies.
