This chalet is divided over the 1st and 2nd floor. It is cosy furnished with nice decoration. From the chalet you have a great view over Kaprun and on the mountains.
The chalet has its private entrance and there are enough parking places for 5/6 cars.

Excellent located in the centre of Kaprun close to the Lechnerberg skilift (500 m), the children's skischool and the ski rental. You can even ski all year round at the Kitzsteinhorn glacier (3203 m).
