Dear Advertiser,
At this time of change & development we have invested in gathering valuable feedback from users of the site. We are looking at the long-term future of our business but also the immediate season ahead.
We have identified that the presence of availability & prices for the majority of properties has a direct impact on the number of enquiries made & subsequently the number of bookings taken by our advertisers as a whole.
Although many of our owners do keep it up-to-date, searchers need to find up-to-date information for every chalet they see.
We intend to address this situation with immediate effect.
We would encourage you to update your availability through our admin portal. However to make this as easy as possible and to ensure a vast improvement is made in good time we are going to make available administration staff next week (Beginning 22nd October) tasked with updating your availability on our system on your behalf.
For this to happen, you need to do of the following:
- Update availability yourself through our system directly.
- Send it to us in a usable format (anything at all, as long as it's clear).
- Send us a link to a web page currently displaying your correct availability.
- Complete this spreadsheet & return this to us.
We'd like to receive your details before Friday 19th October, however if this isn't possible, please send them as soonas you can.
