The modern kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped, with every item you'd expect to find, as well some you wouldn't, such as a grill stone! There's a also a separate laundry with a washing machine and tumble-drier.

Outside there's a delightful shaded seating area, perfect for relaxing on a hot summer night, and a brick-built barbecue.
