With 350m² of living space, the Chalet Montperron can cater for up to 14 guests in 6, well appointed bedrooms (5 en-suite). The chalet has an impressively sized lounge, furnished with large 8 person black leather corner piece and is equipped with a large flat-screen TV with UK satellite reception and there is a separate bar area with stools. The main dining area features a magnificent antique Savoy dining table that seats twelve and the walls are adorned with the creative work of local professional photographers. The three sets of screened doors open up to reveal a unique south-westerly vista of the magnificent surrounding countryside.

Please respect our old house. Please report any breakages or non-functioning items around the chalet as they happen.
Please respect the privacy of our neighbours. Access round the side of the house and up the road by the house is strictly forbidden.
Please leave the chalet in the same condition as it is found.
Each room has an electric radiator or two. This is sufficient to heat the rooms. DO NOT place anything over the radiators as this will cause damage and can lead to a fire.
Each room has it’s own boiler therefore the hot water should be plentiful. Each room also has it’s own electric board therefore power can be cut and gained via this board should electricity fail per room.
Under no circumstances must anyone smoke inside of the chalet.
Please ensure the sauna is switched off after use.
One button controls the temperature and one button switches the sauna on and off
Whilst using the hot tub, please shower before and after use. Do not use glass in or around the hot tub and ensure the lid is replaced securely.
Please do not use the fire when it is windy outside. Before use, please ensure the chimney is open with the chain to the right and the fire guard is used at all time.
Please switch off all lights after use.

• Lounge and bar area – Electric cupboard behind the dining table
• Kitchen – Electric box in the bottom kitchen cupboard to the left of the dishwasher
• Pantry, entrance hot tub and laundry room – Electric box in the laundry room behind the washing machines
• First floor and garage – Black box on the way to the top floor in the left electric cupboard at eye level.
• Top floor – There are two electrical boxes. One situated on entry to the right of the games room and one to the send of the fridge. The one to the side of the fridge is primarily for larger electrical items and the room adjacent to the games room
