This luxury property is one of two brand new link-detached chalets. Although traditional in style of build, Chalet Nougat comes with every modern convenience to make sure your holiday is a memorable one, including a lift to all floors.

Chalet Nougat and Chalet Caramel are linked only by the garages and shared indoor swimming pool and each chalet also then has its own private spa area with a sauna and jacuzzi. Of course, large groups of up to 28 can book the two properties together and enjoy exclusive use of all the facilities. A lift is available for people with reduced mobility.

The charming village of Manigod is a walk away, and offers a popular bakery as well as a restaurant with takeaway service, local specialty food store and post office. And for an even greater holiday, you even have the possibility of a half or full board stay at Chalet Caramel.

The ski bus stops near the chalet, and links the ski station of Croix Fry with the pistes at La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand is accessible by car too.

Up to 14 people can be accommodated easily at Chalet Nougat, in six spacious en suite bedrooms. Enter on the ground floor and you'll come straight into a spacious central hall with an unusual spiral staircase. There are bedrooms on either side of the entrance - one a double with en suite shower and the other a double with a single bed and an en suite bathroom. Behind the staircase is the sauna and laundry room.

The main living area is up a floor, where you'll find a large well-equipped kitchen with a central breakfast island, a dining table big enough for 14 people to eat together and a cosy sitting area around an open fire and television. There's a toilet here too, and entrance to the swimming pool, which is shared with Chalet Caramel.

At the front of the chalet there's a furnished south-facing balcony which widens to a sun terrace (shared) by the swimming pool, and there's another more private balcony off the dining area, where you'll find a large jacuzzi, from which you can enjoy the stunning sunsets over a meal. On the top floor you'll find four more bedrooms - a double with an en suite bathroom, a double with an extra single bed and shower room and two doubles with shower rooms. There's also a seating area on the spacious landing with access to a small balcony.

The indoor swimming pool separates Chalet Nougat from the neighbouring Chalet Caramel. Guests at both properties have shared access to the swimming pool. There is also a shared children's play area out of doors with swings slide etc.

Guests at Chalet Nougat and Chalet Caramel share access to the chalets from the main road, have 2 parking spaces each in the shared garage, and 2 parking spaces each out of doors.
Please note: although guests at Chalet Nougat and Chalet Caramel share the indoor pool, children's outdoor play area and some garage space the other outdoor areas and facilities such as jacuzzis and terraces are totally separate and not overlooked.
