This stunning newly-built chalet is in one of the best locations in Morzine - just below the Pleney shops and lift.

Snow allowing, confident skiers can ski right back to the door by taking the blue piste B and dropping off it at the sports stadium. Otherwise, it's just a 250m walk to the lifts, shops, bars and restaurants of Morzine. But despite being so close to the resort's nightlife, this semi-detached chalet is tucked away to give you some privacy.

Accommodation at the chalet is set over two floors. As you enter on the ground floor, you'll find the open-plan living area, with plenty of cosy seating around the log burner and television, which has English and French satellite TV, as well as a selection of films. The elegant kitchen has all you need to cook up a feast for a hungry crowd, and you can step out on to the sun terrace for an apero or to soak in the hot tub before you eat. There's also a useful laundry room, a separate WC, a ski room and the garage.

The first of the bedrooms is on the ground floor - it can be arranged with a kingsize bed or two singles, and has a spacious en suite bathroom. There is also a sofa bed in this room.
Three more en suite bedrooms are on the first floor - two of them can be arranged as kingsize/twins and have Juliet balconies, and the third room has a large double bed.
The chalet is beautifully decorated throughout in a colour palate that reflects the blues and greys of the winter scenery. Luxury bed linen, towels and bathrobes are provided, as well as toiletries in the bathrooms. If you're visiting with children, cots, stairgates and highchairs can be provided as well as sledges and bum boards for some fun in the garden.

There's room for one car in the garage, as well as plenty of parking in the chalet's grounds - a real bonus for accommodation in the centre of Morzine.

This is the perfect chalet for a group who want to spend as much time as possible on the slopes, but with all the facilities of the resort on their doorstep.
