When you stay at this beautiful villa for eight guests in the picturesque village of Menthon St Bernard, you'll enjoy wonderful views of Lake Annecy and the mountains beyond.
The house is just a 15-minute drive from the charming medieval town of Annecy, with its canalside restaurants, street markets and unique shops. The ski slopes are just 30 minutes away, and it's an hour's drive to Geneva. You can walk to the lake, sailing and tennis clubs in 15 minutes, and the village shops and cafes in 10 minutes.

Decorated in neutral tones to create a feeling of serenity, the villa has a hot tub, sauna, TV room and fireplace, where you can relax after a busy day exploring the mountains.

There are four bedrooms: two kingsize rooms, with dressing areas and en suite shower and bathrooms, and two rooms which can be arranged with twin or double beds. These rooms both have en suite shower rooms. An extra bed can be provided for a child. There are five toilets.
The open plan living area is on the first floor, to make the most of the stunning views - relax on the cosy sofas around the fireplace or enjoy a meal together, cooked in the fully-equipped modern kitchen. Afterwards, step out on to the wonderful furnished balcony, which wraps around two sides of the house to take in the wonderful panorama, or relax in the sauna or hot tub on the sheltered terrace below.

Table tennis and table football are provided in the games room, as well as children's games, and Netflix is available on the television.

There is parking for several cars at the house, but while you are here you may wish to make the most of the boat service which visits the lake's main sites. There's also a cycle and footpath which goes almost all of the way around the lake, and a bus service.
