Although there is no outside view, skylights mean this apartment is flooded with natural light. A great use of colour, art and lighting gives this apartment a warm and cosy feel.

The two compact bedrooms have been cleverly added on mezzanine floors, and each has a bathroom or a shower room, as well as good storage space.

There's a good choice of restaurants within walking distance, and small supermarket less than 1km away - larger shops are just a little further away.

There's plenty of private parking space right outside the property - a real bonus in the Annecy area. LoftYaute is set on the main road to Annecy, but great soundproofing means any road noise is reduced.

IMPORTANT : this rental isn't fit for elderly guests and people with reduced mobility due to several flights of stairs.
