Powder Ridge is a semi-detached chalet on 4 floors housing 6 comfortable ensuite bedrooms, and a spacious living room with dining area and kitchen on the top floor.
Most of the bedrooms have mountain views and some have their own balcony. Most can be made up as large double beds (160cms x 200cms) or as twin beds. They all benefit from a flat screen TV offering French terrestrial channels, and UK channels in one room only. Most of the bathrooms have a bath with shower over, wash basin and WC with heated towel rails.
Free wireless internet is available throughout the chalet.
The chalet has a fabulous heated deck with sunken hot-tub and funky lighting the perfect place to relax after an active day.Facilities

Room 5 a spacious double bedroom with patio door offering mountain views. Ensuite bathroom with bath/shower, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail.
Room 6 - a spacious twin/double bedroom with mountain views. Ensuite bathroom with bath/shower, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail.
Coat and boot storage.
Access to the terrace and hot-tub.
First floor:
Room 2 a twin/double bedroom (no view). Ensuite bathroom with bath/shower, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail.
Room 3 - a twin/double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bath/shower, wash basin WC and heated towel rail. It has 3 picture windows and a large balcony offering stunning mountain views. It has a TV and DVD player with French and English channels.
Room 4 a double bedroom with mountain views. Ensuite bathroom with bath/shower, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail.
Second floor:
Living room with large, comfortable sofas, fireplace, flat-screen TV with UK Freeview channels and French terrestrial channels, DVD player and I-Pod docking station.
Dining area with huge aged wood dining table seating 12.
Well-equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, stainless steel electric fan oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dish washer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. There are plenty of pans and utensils for those self-catering.
Deck with table and chairs seating 6 offering stunning views of the mountains and pistes.
Third floor:

Powder Ridge has a fabulous heated deck with sunken hot-tub and funky lighting which is perfect for relaxing after a hard days activity.
The normal rental period is 7 nights starting on a Saturday, but short-breaks, week-ends and other changeover days may be possible in off-peak weeks.

Chalets du Belvedere are ideally placed for winter ski holidays and summer activity holidays in Tignes and the linked resort of Val d'Isere. We are a 10-hour drive from the Channel. Our nearest airports are: Geneva and Lyon - 3 hours, Grenoble 2½ hours and Chambery 2 hours. Eurostar runs direct services to Bourg St Maurice during the winter.
Le Belvedere is nestled on the side of the mountain at 1550 metres altitude. The chalets are a 100m walk up from the main building that houses the apartments, garage parking, ski lockers and boot room. The main building is 100m from the lift or skiable path that gives access to the main lifts & slopes and the village shops, bars & restaurants. Le Belvedere is 500m via the road on foot or by car from the village centre of Tignes Les Brevieres.
Local Area
The ski areas of Tignes & Val d'Isere form the Espace Killy, one of the largest ski areas in the world with 300kms of slopes for all ability levels.
There are plenty of other activities on offer as well as downhill skiing and snowboarding. You can try snow-shoeing, ice-skating, dog-sledding, snow-mobiling and paragliding to name but a few. There is a fabulous aquatic centre, Le Lagon, at Tignes Le Lac with a 25m lane- swimming pool, as well as a recreational pool with giant water slides, and a spa area with sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and rainfall showers.
Tignes Les Brevieres combines the charm of a traditional alpine village, with the convenience of fast lift access directly into the Espace Killy. The village offers all the amenities you need on a winter sports holiday, with a choice of restaurants and bars, equipment rental shops, a supermarket, newsagent/tobacconist, post office and its own ski school.
