Property Description

This beautifully converted 18th century farmhouse features a huge comfortable open plan living room with adjoining balcony, from where you can relax after a hard day on the mountain and enjoy fantastic views of the valley.

Algonquin is very conveniently situated in the valley between the resorts of Les Arcs/Peisey&Vallandy and La Plagne. The Vanoise Express runs overhead between the two resorts of the enormous Paradiski ski area. Find Chalet Algonquin on Google Maps.

You can take the resort’s free shuttle service, which runs from right outside the front door of the chalet and takes you in 3min to the first lift.
This bus also runs between Peisey&Vallandry and the gorgeous Rosuel National Parc. Here you find cross country skiing, horse- and reindeer sledding, toboggan, fantastic hiking trails and our favorite restaurant Le Petit Hibou.

The ground floor has 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and on the first floor you’ll find a 5th ensuite bedroom as well as a big open plan living/dining room with a log fire, a kitchen and large windows letting in the light and the views. There is outdoor space where you can sit with a glass of wine and enjoy the gorgeous mountains around you.

There is free wifi throughout the chalet.

Location

You can take the resort’s shuttle service which runs from right outside the front door of the chalet and takes you in 3min to the first lift (Lonzagne).
This bus also runs between Peisey&Vallandry and the gorgeous Rosuel National Parc. Here you find cross country skiing, horse- and reindeer sledding, toboggan,
fantastic hiking trails and our favourite restaurant Le Petit Hibou.

The ski resort of Peisey-Vallandry is no more than a 3 minute drive away with the free shuttle bus. This ski village gives access to the Paradiski winter sports area. Paradiski is one of the largest connected ski area in the world.

Also, at a 10 minute drive you'll find cross country skiing in Parc de Rosuel, dog sledding, horse sledding, skijoering, reindeer sledding and ice climbing.
