Chalet Brio was built with light and space in mind, the floor to ceiling windows with mountain views and a traditional wooden frame design allows you to be transported to an alpine wonderland the moment you step through the doors. The chalet is set on a large plot away from the road and elevated above other houses so you can have peace and quiet without having to compromise on location.

The additional facilities at this chalet really sets it apart from the rest with it's own sauna, hot tub, gym, climbing room, billiard room, shared summer swimming pool and a large boot/bike heated storage room.

Winter Sports: The Grand Massif area has 265km of pisted runs to an altitude of 2500m – recent new development has added 4 more runs and Europe’s longest lift transporting skiers 2850m in just 10mins.
Walking: The area is famous for its Alpine walking with clear signposted routes and refuges for meals or overnight stays. Guided walking can also be arranged
Mountain Biking: A variety of blue, red and black runs all accessible by the resort lifts allows gravity assisted fun for the whole family. Bike hire, lessons and guiding can all be arranged.
Climbing: With over 1000 routes in the local area including single and multi-pitch on the highest quality limestone you can tackle a new sector every day or work on your next project.
Road Cycling: The famous ‘Col du Joux Plane’ in on our doorstep but if an average grade of 8.5% isn’t your scene then there is plenty more on offer to explore this beautiful area on two wheels.

Whether you want World class skiing and mountain biking or just want to kick back and take a moment to enjoy the wonderful natural surroundings a stay at Chalet Brio will meet all of your holiday needs.

Facilities

The living area is open plan with a large dining table making the most of the views, cozy sofas around a log burning fire and modern Smart TV. Above the living area there is a mezzanine with Nintendo Wii and a library.
If you are self-catered the large kitchen offers 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, 2 sinks, microwave and an American fridge/freezer.
Each of the 6 bedrooms has a private ensuite shower/bathroom with heated towel rails, storage and flexible bed configuration.
Additional features like the Sauna, Gym, Climbing room, Hot Tub, Games area and Billiard room means that if the weather isn’t quite perfect there is still plenty for the family to enjoy within the chalet.
During the summer months we open the large outdoor pool – this is shared with the guests in the adjoining apartments La Terrasse and Petit Brio.

Please note that the catered price is for up to 10 people, for larger groups please specify numbers on the enquiry and we can quote for you. We can also cater for groups outside of the ski season, please do get in touch if you would like details of our flexible catering packages.

House Rules

We are a no smoking chalet (but you are welcome to smoke outside). Although we love animals because of the wooden flooring we do not allow pets in Chalet Brio. The chalet is in a residential neighborhood and therefore we do not allow excess noise at anytime and no noise outside past 10pm.
