Chalet Christophe is a brand new boutique catered chalet-hotel in the heart of Bansko, sleeping up to 22 guests across 9 individually designed ensuite bedrooms.

Opening for the 2026/27 ski season, it combines the warmth and personality of a family-run chalet with the comfort and facilities you'd expect from a high-end ski property.

Whether you're planning a group ski trip or a special celebration in the mountains, Chalet Christophe is the perfect choice.

Each bedroom has been individually designed, there are no identikit hotel rooms here. The nine rooms comprise 3 king-size doubles, 3 twins, 2 triples and a quad room with a unique handmade mezzanine bunk bed built from reclaimed timber.

Two rooms on the middle floor have private balconies and the stunning four-poster king room with a balcony is usually the room that gets argued over!

The heart of the chalet is the main lounge on the middle floor, centred around a log fire and a private in-chalet bar, the perfect place to swap ski stories and warm up after a day on the Bansko slopes.
A second quieter lounge on the top floor has a floor to ceiling window and a balcony with lovely views across Bansko towards the ski area, ideal for a morning coffee or a lazy afternoon in the sun.

On the ground floor, the dining room is where hearty breakfasts set you up the day and 3-course evening meals bring everyone together.

A dedicated ski storage/drying room means you'll never start the day with cold boots or damp gloves — a small detail that makes a big difference after a long day on the slopes.

Location

Chalet Christophe enjoys a great location — central, walkable and perfectly placed for both the ski area and Bansko's town.
The Bansko gondola is a 10-minute walk from the chalet, and the chalet minibus will drop you there each morning and collect you in the evening so you never have to worry about the journey.

The historic old town, with its cobbled streets, traditional mehana restaurants, bars and shops, is equally close — just 10 minutes on foot in the other direction.

Pirin Street, Bansko's lively pedestrianised street, is just a few minutes away across the river.

Sofia Airport is approximately 2.5 hours by road and is served by direct flights from airports across the UK including Gatwick, Stansted, Luton, Heathrow, Bristol, Birmingham, Liverpool, Manchester and Edinburgh, with carriers including Ryanair, EasyJet, Wizz Air, British Airways and Bulgaria Air.

Shared Saturday airport transfers are included in week-long stays.

House Rules

We want every guest to have a wonderful stay, and ask just a few things in return. Please keep noise to a minimum after 11pm out of consideration for our neighbours in this residential area.
Smoking is not permitted inside the chalet; a covered outdoor smoking area is provided.
The chalet is a slipper-friendly space — please remove outdoor footwear on arrival (bring your own slippers or borrow a pair from our collection).
A damage deposit may be required for large party bookings.
Children are welcomed on exclusive use bookings; room-by-room stays are for adult guests aged 16 and over.
Peak weeks (Christmas, New Year, half term) are exclusive use only
