Welcome to our luxury family run ski chalet based in the Paradiski area of Les Arcs and La Plagne
As well as skiing/snowboarding in the winter there are many activities to enjoy in the summer, from lift assisted Mountain Biking, Road Cycling (into Italy!), Mountain Walking or Kayaking/Canoeing and many more.

Catered holidays for up to 8 people include breakfast every day, afternoon cake and a three course dinner with wine (over 6 nights).
We don't offer catered for the Christmas or New Year weeks.

Nobody likes walking in ski boots so we offer a free shuttle to and from the Les Arcs funicular lift. We will also shuttle you to La Rosière for a small charge. To dry your boots, we have a ski boot dryer alongside our kit drying room for your ski gear.

For catered bookings our chalet sleeps up to 8 people and for self catered up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms, 4 en-suites.

Out in the garden you can soothe your aching muscles in our stunning 8 person, wood fuelled hot tub or make use of our beautiful chalet style sauna (hot-tub / sauna towels provided open until 9pm).

All of our luxury bedrooms have hotel quality 1,000 pocket sprung beds (rooms can be either twin or super-king double), a hair dryer, UK plug sockets. Egyptian cotton towels and bed linen are provided along with bath robes. Hair straighteners are available on request.
We have a spacious living / dining area with comfy sofas, wood fire and 4K television with UK Freesat,
Blu-ray player with a wide selection of films to choose from.
There is a wrap around balcony with views across the valley.
The mezzanine floor has a full size pool table & board games and access to another, smaller balcony which is perfect for relaxing with a book from our collection.
Parking for 3 cars is available on our private driveway.

Location

We are in Seez just 5 mins shuttle lift from the Les Arcs Funicular Ski Lift (Shuttle included when catered).
We are beneath the huge Paradiski area of Les Arcs & La Plagne and close to the Franco - Italian San Bernardo ski area of La Rosière and La Thuile.
If you want to travel a little further you have the resorts of Sainte Foy, Tignes and Val D'isere within a 20 to 40 minute drive
Only a 10 minute walk to bars/restaurants in town of Bourg Saint Maurice

House Rules

No pets
No smoking in the chalet or on the balconies
Check in from 4pm and check out by 10am
No parties, stag dos, hen dos or loud music. We are in a calm quiet area & ask for quiet after 9pm as we live on the ground floor of the chalet.
