Chalet L’Escapade has 4 spacious bedrooms (2 ensuite) and a large, bright open plan kitchen/dining and living room. The living area is located on the first floor and comfortably seats 9 with the sofas centered around the log burner and a SmartView TV. The kitchen is modern and spacious with a breakfast bar for relaxed entertaining. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric hob, oven, dishwasher & large larder fridge freezer. The kitchen is well stocked with all the crockery and cooking equipment you might need.

Outside there is a south-east facing large balcony, with relaxed seating to enjoy the sunshine or have a BBQ in summer. A few steps down you can relax in the hot tub and enjoy the views over the Nantaux mountain. There is an additional balcony with beautiful deck chairs on the first floor.

There is a spacious garage with heated boot warmers and plenty of room for skis or bikes. On the ground floor in the boiler room is a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is one private parking space outside of the Chalet and the garage would also take one car.

Chalet l’Escapade is in a lovely quiet location with lovely views but within walking distance of a great choice of bars and restaurants and is just a flat 11 minute walk from the Super Morzine telecabine and a 6 minute walk from the nearest supermarket. The bus stop is close to the chalet and takes you within 5 minutes to the Super Morzine lift or into town.
