Property Description

Chalet La Godille is set over four levels that offer sprawling entertaining space as well as 6 large ensuite bedrooms, each of which can be configured as king size doubles or singles. Its generous size means it can comfortably house group sizes of up to 12 adults. It's an "upside down" chalet so all the rooms are on the upper two levels for quietness and privacy with the communal spaces on the lower two floors.

Enter the chalet into a beautiful entrance area with vaulted ceilings, heated boot room and cloakroom. On this level there are three private ensuite bedrooms with bespoke bathrooms, walk-in showers and amazing balconies that take in the view of the Pleney. One of the bedrooms is a mezzanine which has a platformed sleeping area with separate staircase, perfect as a twin room.

The second level features 3 ensuite bedrooms, with two of these rooms boasting stunning balconies overlooking the Pleney slopes. The other bedroom has an amazing bathroom with a full size bath, overhead shower and lots of space.

Descend the bespoke wooden staircase another floor to the dining area. The dining space features wall to wall glass windows which open onto the decked terrace offering panoramic views of the mountains and large 8 person Hot Tub. In the summer months, the terrace also features an outdoor chillout space complete with BBQ. There is also a fabulous little snug at this level, ideal for "MM Aperos" and pre-dinner drinks whilst your hosts prepare a delicious evening meal.

Down to the lowest level of the chalet you will find the lounge area with lots of lovely soft sofas, a fireplace and XL large TV with Netflix and Xbox.

Catering & Cuisine

We pride ourselves on the quality of our food in our fully catered chalets. Our catered chalet menu is prepared lovingly by your hosts, from scratch, using fresh local and seasonal ingredients to create wholesome, hearty home cooked dishes with a quality gastro style twist.

Our food is well-balanced, made from good ingredients and stylishly presented, guaranteed to satisfy the hungriest. At the end of a day, there is nothing better than a good glass of wine in front of the fire followed by a cracking home cooked meal with good banter!

Evening meals are three courses followed by a local cheese board (if you can fit it in!) and coffee and chocolates. Our meals are served with a selection of delicious handpicked bottled wine, mainly French and local, if possible, unless we find something we can’t resist! However, if wine isn’t your thing we are more than happy to offer you beers instead.

We can also cater for almost any dietary requirements with reasonable notice.

Location

Located in a prime elevated position, right next to the Super Morzine Telecabine above the Swimming Pool Complex, with south facing views and with an enviable Terrace overlooking the Pleney slopes. Only a short 5 minute walk to the centre of Morzine.
