The chalet provides an authentic and rustic mountain feel with a touch of contemporary styling. At the entrance there is a ski and boot storage room with the most important; heated boot and glove warmers. Opening out to a open plan living area, there are three large sofas ideal for watching a movie on a large flat screen television. There is a good selection of DVD's and English free view channels. The large dining table comfortably seats twelve and there is also a selection of games and cards. From here you can access the balcony which is South-East facing and weather permitting has the sun from early afternoon until the end of the day, perfect after a day's skiing to relax in the private outdoor hot tub and take in the surrounding views. On this level there is a a bedroom with has two singles or a king size bed and two high adult beds. Ideal for families or groups of friends. Upstairs there are four en-suite bedrooms, two double bedded rooms and two twin bedded rooms.
Location
Chalet Le Bouton d'Or has a unique location in the pretty and sun-drenched corner at the entrance to the main village of Les Deux Alpes. The chalet has fantastic views of the Vallée Blanche ski area, La Muzelle and a view across to Alpe d'Huez. The situation of the chalet allows easy access to "Le Petit Aiguille" piste, which is a 5 minute walk from the chalet.
