Property Description

Chalet Le Pery is an owner run chalet which we have been operating since 2014. The chalet is open all year round and can be booked on a catered, self-catered or B&B basis, depending the time of year.

The chalet is conveniently located with easy access to the Grand Massif which offers an abundance of winter and summer activities to suit all. The A40 with direct access to Geneva airport offers one of the shortest airport transfers to a ski/mountain resort, within 45 minutes you can be relaxing in the chalet, getting yourself ready for a couple of hours on the slopes or exploring the local area.

Inside you are welcomed by a large airy open plan living space with vaulted ceiling and timber beams. The ground floor comprises a large dining area, well equipped kitchen, toilet, games room, a raised living room with TV & Netflix and a bar area to relax with friends and family.

Patio doors lead you out to the garden where you can enjoy uninterrupted views of the Aravis mountains. The large terraced patio includes a hot tub where you can immerse yourself in the warm water and enjoy the comfort after a busy day. In the warmer months you can relax on the sun loungers in the garden or dine al-fresco, weather permitting.

To keep your outdoor equipment safe the chalet has a large shared storage area where you can keep your belongings. In winter there are boot warmers and a ski service bench to keep your equipment in top condition.

There are four spacious bedrooms - three twin/double rooms with private en-suite on the first floor and two interconnected twin/double rooms that share a private en-suite on the second floor.

Location

The chalet is conveniently located with access to two of the largest ski resorts in the French Alps; the Grand Massif and Portes du Soleil, both offer an abundance of winter and summer activities. The resorts of Morillon, Samoens and Les Carroz in Le Grand Massif are a short 8 and 10 minute drive in our private minibus. For those not booked on our catered service a car will be required.

The A40 with direct access to Geneva airport offers one of the shortest airport transfers to a ski/mountain resort, within 45 minutes you can be relaxing in the chalet.

The chalet is set above the main road and accessed via an easily manageable but moderately steep driveway, its elevated position adds to the charm of our secluded position and rewards you with a peaceful and tranquil setting amongst forest and uninterrupted views of the Arve valley and Aravis Mountains.

Winter - fully catered, our winter fully catered service includes:
- Daily continental breakfast (hot option available on 6 mornings)
- Daily home baked cakes/sweet treats
- Three course evening meal with drinks, on 6 out of 7 evenings
- Complimentary bar filled with wine, beer, soft drinks and snacks
- Private minibus to take you to/from the slopes
- Restaurant reservaton and taxi service on our day off

Spring/Summer/Autumn - Bed & Breakfast
We also offer our B&B guests the option of an evening meal, for an additional charge, if they wish to eat in-house. This is available Monday - Thursday and a minimum of 4 guests.

No smoking inside the chalet, designated areas are available outside
No outdoor footwear inside the chalet, slippers are provided
