This chalet is located in the French village of Les Gets, part of the Portes du Soleil region. This traditional Savoyard village is close to Morzine and is a very popular skiing destination with families. The ideal location of this chalet within the French mountains not only allows for a more convenient skiing experience for guests but also makes for the perfect picturesque view from the private wrap around balcony.

The chalet offers spacious accommodation (102msq) on four different levels, with 3 en-suite bedrooms and a large living area with balconies providing views down the valley and of the old town area of Les Gets.

The living area seats up to 7 comfortably with sofas and stools. There is a television with English Freeview channels, DVD player, ipod dock, Wii and Playstation with games, along with some board games. Free Wifi is also available at the chalet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven & hob, a dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave. It also has plenty of crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots and pans. There is a separate dining area with up to 7 seats and a high chair.

Bedroom 1 is on the top floor of the chalet. There are two single beds, plenty of storage space and an en-suite bathroom with shower, sink & toilet. This room has a balcony which catches the afternoon sun. Additionally it has a small room with a low ceiling off it for the 7th guest which has a mattress on the floor and is suitable for children or adults if they mind their head!

Bedrooms 2 & 3 are on the 2nd floor. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, storage space and an en-suite bathroom with a bath/shower, basin & toilet. It also has a balcony. Bedroom 3 has a double bed, storage space and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, basin & toilet.

The garage has storage for skis and bikes as well as drying facilities and a washing machine. There is an additional cloakroom downstairs next to the garage with a toilet & sink.

Private parking spaces are allocated at the front of the chalet and there is plenty of space for at least 2 cars.

The chalet is located within 2 minutes walk of the nearest lift and 5 minutes of the centre of Les Gets.
