This chalet is situated in Essert Romand which is 5km from the centre of Morzine. It has large windows/sliding doors providing fantastic views across the Dranse Valley towards Montriond. A small balcony to sit and enjoy your coffee and croissant in the morning or Rose´ and canape´s at sunset. There are steps down to the decking area and garden and parking outside the chalet. The chalet has 3 floors and you enter on the middle floor.

Location

The chalet is situated in the gorgeous village of Essert Romand which has the benefit of a buzzing Auberge (pub!), a pizza hut, a church, a school, a bus service and thriving community. Many walks can be enjoyed along the river or into the woods or venture further up the road to Cote d'Abroz or Graydon. Morzine is the local town which offers everything you need to enjoy the alps in the Summer or Winter seasons. Also, situated 45 minutes from Thonon on Lake Geneva where lake trips, chateau visits, shopping etc. can be enjoyed.

Facilities

This chalet is a home from home, everything you and your guests would need to compliment your stay in this stunning area. The ground floor accommodates 4 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets, utility room and storage room. The middle floor is where you enter the chalet, to the left is the garage with dry storage space, a boot warmer and extra freezer. There is a WC at the entrance before you step into the main living area where you are faced with the fantastic views. This room is spacious and cosy with large corner sofa, wood burner, dining room table and chairs, TV and open plan kitchen. From here you can make your way upstairs where the large windows frame the view which can be enjoyed from the 3 comfortable sofas, where you can quietly read or watch a film on TV, there is also a double bedroom, a shower room and a loft room with a single bed for an extra guest.
