Chalet Sardonnere is a beautifully renovated family chalet in the charming hamlet of Vanthier, just below Méribel. Blending homely comfort with elegant chalet style, it offers stunning valley views and high-quality finishes throughout.

The chalet features five twin/double bedrooms (three en suite) plus a small overflow room with a large single bed, sleeping up to 10 guests—ideal for two families or small groups. Living spaces include a spacious lounge/dining area, fully equipped kitchen, TV/office room, and massage room.

Vanthier is easily connected to Méribel by car or bus, with parking for three cars and a stop just 50m away. When conditions allow, you can even ski back via a red run.This chalet comes with one 4/5 person locker in the lockers room located under the Saulire bubble at Chaudanne. We always highly recommend hiring the lockers for your whole group because it means that in the morning you can go up to Meribel in your normal shoes, change into you ski equipment and off you go, all very easy. After skiing, change back into your shoes and either go home or go for a wander around Meribel, have an apres drink, maybe go swimming or ice skating. We especially think this is a great option if you have children. The locker room is very well heated and there are heated boot warmers for all the boots in the lockers and the prices are surprisingly reasonable.

Location

Located just below Meribel in the hamlet of Vanthier, nice quiet location but still close to Meribel . The free in resort bus stop is around 50 metres away and runs until 12 at night.

Facilities

Very well equipped kitchen with lovely large gas range hob and double oven. Separate small laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The living area has a wood burning stove, loads of soft seating, TV with Freesat channels, Wifi. Bootroom area with boot warmers. Parking for up to 3 cars

House Rules

No events. No smoking. No commercial photography. On departure the chalet must be left tidy as found and any moved furniture must be put back in their original position. If staying self catered, then all bins and recycling must be taken to the local bins, 2 minutes walk away and all dishes must be done (dishwasher loaded and started is ok).
No more than 10 guests allowed in the chalet
