The decor has funky contemporary touches and there are subtle references to swans throughout. Real swans are to be found just down the road, on the canals and the lake. Bedrooms are spacious, there is lots of storage space, and a great open plan kitchen/dining lounge space.

Please note there is no lift in this ancient building, and there are 32 steps from street level to the front door of the apartment. There is no A/C system but standing fans with a cooling system that helps during heat waves.
