Brand new apartment Les Deux Freres has a fantastic central location situated just below the Pleney Piste B home run, meaning you can ski back to the door. For accessing the lifts in the morning it’s a 5-minute walk to the Pleney telecabine with the town centre and a great choice of restaurants and bars even closer!

This modern and very comfortable high end apartment has been furnished to a high standard. Smart TV’s with Freesat and Netflix in the bedrooms and living room are a great finishing touch from the owners. Situated on the first floor it has a spacious and light open plan living and dining area. Patio doors lead out from the kitchen onto a large wrap around terrace, equipped with an outdoor sofa and coffee table so you can enjoy a drink or a bite to eat outside. The kitchen features a large fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher and washing machine.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, both with patio doors opening onto the balcony and both can be set up with 2 single beds or with a king size bed. One bedroom has an ensuite shower room and then there is a separate shower room for the other bedroom. Both shower rooms have large Italian showers. On the ground level there is a designated ski locker with heated boot warmers. For those with larger storage needs there is a store room on level -1. It also has a car parking space in the secure underground car park.

Location

The chalet is in Morzine, located under the Piste B ski run, a 5 minute walk to the Pleney telecabine. The location is ideal for guests as the ski lifts, pool, restaurants, shops and bars are all close by but the apartment is situated in a quiet area of Morzine.

There are two single beds that can also be pushed together to make a double together and has a SmartTV. The ensuite bathroom has a large shower, sink & toilet.

Next to bedroom 2 is a lovely bathroom with a large Italian shower & wash hand basin.


Open Plan Living/ Dining Area

There is an open plan living area with patio doors leading to a large wraparound balcony making the room light & airy. The living and dining area comfortably seats 4 guests. The kitchen features a large fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher and washing machine.. It is well stocked with all the crockery and cooking equipment you might need.

Underground Parking & Ski/ bike Storage

On the ground level there is a designated ski locker with heated boot warmers. For those with larger storage needs there is a store room on level -1. It also has a car parking space in the secure underground car park.

FREE Internet & SKY TV

The apartment has FREE Wifi internet connection and there is also a flat screen Smart TV with Freesat and Netflix in the living space and the bedrooms.
