This toasty warm apartment can be rented throughout the year. It's entrance is off the balcony and it does have it's own small south facing balcony.

The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine. It is also well equipped for self catered guests.

The dining table seats 10 people.

The living area has 3 large sofas, so enough seating for all 10 people. It has UK freeview TV, DVD player, wireless speaker, free wifi and board games.

Bedroom 1 - Super king / twin with a large en-suite shower room opposite.
Bedroom 2 - Super king / twin with an en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 3 - King / twin one side & trundle bed the other (of a dividing wall), with an en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 4 - king / twin with an en-suite bathroom.

Location

Ideally located opposite the ski lift, an 8 man bubble that takes you straight to the slopes, but also in the centre of Samoens village itself, so perfect for the restaurants, shops, activities and other village attractions.

The Grand Massif is the 4th biggest ski resort in France and has 265kms of pisted skiing and loads of safe off piste.

It is one of the nearest resorts to the tunnel (540miles) and is a 1hr transfer from Geneva Airport, together with budget airlines Samoens is very accessible for short breaks as well as full weeks.

Samoens itself is the only alpine village to be awarded as a historical town of interest, for it’s beauty and traditional stone and wooden buildings.

For summer guests we have perfect weather as it's hot in the day and cool in the evenings.

Facilities

For winter - Jacuzzi, heated ski/boot room with boot driers.

For summer - secure decked sun lounge and heated swimming pool area and lockable bike room.

Included for ski guests:
all linen made up to your requirements, large thick fluffy towels, jacuzzi towels, welcome pack, Molton Brown toiletries, toilet rolls and pocket size tissue packs.

Included for summer guests:
all linen made up to your requirements, large thick fluffy house towels, swimming towels and a freshly made cake for your arrival.

Washing - all baby clothes, accidents and summer guests staying for 2 weeks we are very happy to do, just not the contents of someone's case who is going home the next day!

All baby equipment is provided.

House Rules

The farmhouse is an old renovated building, therefore we just ask you to respect your neighbours as they will be able to hear extreme noises early in the morning and late at night.
No smoking in the apartment.
Sorry no pets allowed.
