There has been a 1.8 CHF billion investment in the resort, which now features a cluster of new stylish hotels, restaurants and shopping outlets.

Andermatt is pretty tame on the après front, but it is a nice place to wander around in the evenings and end the ski day with a quiet beer or glühwein.
