The hosts Luc and Malou will offer you a great time and great dishes. They have earned their spurs in another hotel and several restaurants as chef and house manager. Now they look forward to their new home in Sauze d'Oulx

The chalet has an attractive cave with an authentic ceiling (17th / 18th century) which serves as a communal space. Restaurant part including your own bar, with its own beer tap installation. Spacious chalet with 8 bedrooms all with bathroom ensuite.

Sole occupancy chalet rent or room booking, both is possible. This chalet is ideal for the concept of room bookings because rooms can be closed and each room has a bathroom ensuite. In the chaletrestaurant you can either choose to eat privately or to have dinners with the other wintersport guests. Very cozy and relaxed setting. The room booking price is only 8% higher than the standard sole occupancy price.

The ski lift is only 120 meters away and takes you to the Via Lattea ski area (with the largest town Sestrière). Skiing in Italy means endless runs on perfectly groomed slopes, cappuccino on a wonderful sun terrace, tasty lunches in one of the mountain restaurants, but most of all affordable and welcoming. La dolce (ski) vita!

The chalet has a separate entree which provides access to the common space in the cave. In the middle of the cave is a real bar (self-service) where you can have a nice drink. In addition to a dining area with various tables, there is a comfortable seating area with TV, DVD player. From the seating area you have access to the garden. The chalet staff provides daily breakfast, afternoon snack and 3-course dinner in the cave, which are prepared in the closed kitchen.

House Rules

The ski area of ​​Via Lattea has a high degree of snow certainty, which is mainly due to the meteorological location. Because of this you can find good snow in the French part, or there are good conditions in Italy; or both. The lowest point in the area is 1,350 meters and the highest point is the Frèteve at over 2,850 meters.

The slopes are generally wide and well-arranged. The lower pistes go mainly through the forest and are guaranteed snow by the location and exhibition (North and West slope). The area is suitable for (slightly) advanced skiers, but also the novice skier has enough options.
