Good ski hotels and catered ski chalets in Val Thorens are easy to find too. Luxury ski accommodation really is Méribel's speciality, but take note of where it is. Wood clad luxury ski-in, ski-out chalets in Méribel itself, with saunas and hot tubs, come in scores and are convenient for the slopes and centre alike. An upmarket catered ski-chalet, or ski chalet apartment in Méribel-Mottaret will offer lively après ski and is best placed for getting anywhere in The Three Valleys, but for a quieter and possibly better value spot, choose a ski-chalet in Méribel-Village, or ski hotel in Méribel's valley town, Brides-les-Bains.
